A Life Saved in Katsina-Ala
In a separate but related operation the same day, troops responded swiftly to reports of a kidnapping incident in Tse-Ubena village, Katsina-Ala Local Government Area.
Working alongside the Benue State Civil Protection Guard, security operatives carried out a coordinated raid on a suspected hideout. Their efforts paid off 28-year-old Mrs. Member Ityavber, who had been kidnapped, was rescued alive.
She has since received medical attention, been debriefed, and safely reunited with her family.
Meanwhile, efforts are ongoing to track down and arrest other members of the kidnapping syndicate.

Commending the troops for their bravery and professionalism, the Force Commander of Operation WHIRL STROKE, Major General Moses Gara, reaffirmed the military’s commitment to protecting lives and property.
